Registration Information
How many students are required to hold a class?
Five students are required for a class to begin. The maximum students for each class will be limited 12 students.
Tuition Information
• Tuition is due in advance upon registration
• cash/ payments are also accepted - email us, to make arrangements if you prefer this option.
• Refunds are not available for missed classes.
Make up Classes
There are no refunds or credits for missed classes.
How do we deal with Disruptive Behavior?
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate enrollment as necessary. Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and students who do not comply will not be allowed to continue. Parents will be contacted and if the behavior repeats the student will not be allowed to remain in class. It is our top priority that The Art Room is a safe place for all students. Any remaining tuition is non-refundable.
What materials are required for the art classes at The Art Room??
At The Art Room, all necessary materials for art classes are provided as part of the lesson fees. This includes a wide range of art supplies and mediums, such as drawing tools (graphite, ink, charcoal, pastels), painting materials (acrylics, oils, watercolors), and sculpture resources (clay, wire, mixed media). While Aprons are available to protect clothing, it's advisable for students to wear appropriate attire, as some art materials may stain.
