Do you have a child who loves art? Join us for an exhilarating week of artistic exploration led by Katherine Tolve, a renowned Connecticut artist and owner of The Art Room, along with a few talented guest instructors. Choose from six unique sessions—this year the format has changed slightly, with three sessions designed for ages 7–9 and three for ages 10–12 (with a little wiggle room). This isn’t your typical arts and crafts camp; it’s an immersive, hands-on experience that goes far beyond the ordinary.

At our art camp, we celebrate the creative process within our studio space and, when the weather permits, take the fun outdoors to our expansive, secure patio. Get ready to build, paint, draw, and dive into messy, imaginative projects! Each session offers its own set of unique activities, blending teacher-led instruction with open-ended, summer-themed art projects tailored to a variety of ages.

    Monday-Thursday 9:00-12:30

    Ages 10-12

    Each camper should bring a water bottle, snack and clothing that can get messy. Vending machine available on premises. Patio is mostly shaded in the morning - sun tan lotion should be applied before drop off if needed. Registration form must be filled out at check out.
